"Super bad customer service. Waited 10 mins for someone to even ask for the order without any line. The folks working in the kitchen saw me but continued to ignore or even greet. It took 30 mins for a bowl order to make, then after the order was ready, no one told or handed over. Finally I was tired of waiting and asked how much more time and they told it waa ready already and said sorry. Ok, now coming to the food, what the heck is Bowl with pizza sauce and only veggies that you guys are selling for $9. I am new in town and did not know it was this. I thought it was some kind of pizza in a bowl. I am so mad that I visited."

"I ordered on the phone for a pepperoni pizza. Was going to pay $20 for large. When I got there 3 minutes before it open. Josh or Jacob told me to leave outside because they were not open yet, even though there doors were wide open they told me to exit. When I stood in front of the door to write a review about this the manager told me I can’t wait in front of the business (it’s public side strip) public access, they still tried to remove me. The owner tried to come talk to me politely & respectfully, but the manager (with a beard, did not want to give me his name)kept coming & instantly tried to kick me out time & time again. I can’t say there pizza was good or bad, but for $20 a cheese & pepperoni, I cancelled & was threatened by the manager that the cops were going to get called. I got better customer service at Little Ceasers. It’s a shame that an employee can damage a business with no remorse or care for the owners pride & commitment. Sorry to the Owner Ed for this review, but those two guys should not be in customer service anymore."

"We ordered half and half pizza.We asked for half veggie with jalapeños, onions and green pepper and other half with pineapple and chicken. The first time they got the pizza it had ham in it so we asked them to change. After a while they came back with no chicken at all. We did not say anything this time but how hard is it to read instructions from a piece of paper??? Looks like this location needs better people who can provide the service the customers are asking for when they have paid for that service. We paid for chicken but never got that."

"I got the 3 Cheese w/ Jalapenos. Masterpiece! I ate half the pie on the way back home. Hit the SPOT! Edit: Ordered another a week later. YUM!!"

"Average pizza and subs. My son said the steak and cheese sub was good but noted that Subway was better. Place was dead empty at lunchtime, and everything was provided in to go containers. The so called lunch special pricing was pretty egregious. $2.50 for chips? It's too bad the old Chicago hot dog place that used to be here went under. Marco's is just a forgettable chain pizza place."
