"Apparently the drive-through staff does not know what a snack is. Said they don’t have any. We then park and what do we see… the entire row of snacks still available. Oh, and doors closed at 9:45pm when they close at 10:30pm today. Two thumbs down."

"I drove to the Starbucks and arrived at 9:57pm and they were close. Hours online and on the door state they are open until 10:30pm. This is the second time I come here and same issue. They should update the hours of operation online and on the front door."

"They recently remodeled the Starbucks, and definitely I was expecting for something better in terms of an inside space, other than just expanding for the bar area to pick up drinks. Instead they took away the sitting area entirely. Not even a wet bar with stools while you're waiting for your drinks. It's clearly all about money and not the people standing waiting for their drinks. Profits over people, so sad. I feel bad for the workers who are always so busy that forget to be friendly!"

"This place used to be good. They recently remodeled it and they made it worst. I am a Starbucks fan and have spent hundreds of $ buying their coffee. I recently stopped at the Garfield and Whittier and my 7 yr. Old son asked to used the restroom and they told me that they dont have a restroom. I asked what do they do if they need to use the restroom and they said that they have to go across the street to Jack in the Box. For multi-million dollar company this does not sound right. Starbucks seems not to care for their customers or employees. I wonder if the Starbucks in Beverly Hills doesn't have a bathroom too. I would give it zero stars if I could."
