"Too slow. A long wait for a simple toated bagel. Also the service person could see that I was holding the pick up number because I don't speak Spanish. I had mistaken another call for a number a few minutes before but she continue to call out my number in Spanish. A customer noticed and told me that it was mine. Bad service imho. Not going there again. The person who took my order was very nice."

"Omg I been missing out. Since this covid lock up I haven't been to a Winchell's since July 2020. I got the nicest girl working there great customer service. We ordered 2 turkey bagel and 1 burrito with chorizo with 6 mini donuts. Wow just too good I forgot to take a picture 9f the food I did take one from the donuts before I ate them that's how bomb it was. I will be coming back."
