"Got six donuts, medium white hazelnut bark coffee, and small iced pink velvet macchiato. Choco butternut was good, the coffees were too sweet. Service was nice and friendly, order was ready when I arrived at the window of the drive through"

"Best experience ever, the employee Antonio made me and my girlfriend first time trying Dunkin' experience so good, he helped us with what drink we would love and made us feel welcome also he took time to explain the drinks and didn't rush us to order. Best employee ever, I wanted to tip him but I didn't have cash but next time I will, we need more people like him."

"Update: This place is still BAAAAD!!!!! WOW!!! Currently 4:30 pm and I ordered my drink at 4:16 pm. 15 minutes later, as I write this inside thr store, still nothing!!! See pictures This place NEEDS improvement! Maybe from corporate or a manager. This place is not clean. Does no one care if the seats and floors are filthy? Do you expect for the customer to clean them for you? Arlyn is the one who helped us and definitely not friendly, I didn't feel welcomed with my daughter by her. I KNOW she's not happy here. On top of all this, there are NO napkins??? "Sorry, we ran out of napkins" this was her answer to another customer while we were here. This is my second time, 5/2 after my first visit and it's still dirty and this employee here Arlyn has not changed. I would have this place cleaned by now and make the staff smile more and be happy and welcoming. ****Food/beverage wise, I like it and it's the reason why I came back with my daughter. Aside from wanting to see improvement."

"The people here couldn't make coffee to save their lives. Terrible is an understatement. Donuts stale and taste like baking soda. The coffee was garbage. You can tell they don't drink coffee. Service was ratchet. They got these ghetto hood scraps in there who obviously can't work. The only thing they're good at is bad Service and stank attitude. Never recommending these Donuts or going here again"

"Did mobile order on the app, which is my favorite option to place a order. No issue there, however when I get inside the to pick up my order the lady was very rude. I wanted to purchase something else and need to add funds into my account, she snapped at me and stated you need to wait until I have time to help you. I didn’t even ask her for help. I was waiting patiently to the side when she stopped whatever she was doing . Moving forward I ordered the bagel bites- They taste like the oven is burnt out. My son and daughter gagged after taking one bite. I’ve purchased Hash Brown from them as they taste the same way. Unfortunately, this Dunkin will not be getting my money anymore. And if I could give No stars I would."
