Tierra Mia Coffee Drive Thru

"These people that work here have the worst customer service I have ever seen. They are so rude and never say sorry or thank you and are always messing up the orders. They roll their eyes at us and we only ordered one drink lol. Then this girl gave me my drink with the coffee spilling out all on the sides and I repeatedly tried to get her attention for a napkin and she just kept ignoring me. The other girl pointed at me and she just didn't want to look at me and then finally threw the napkin at me and never apologized. This is like the 10th time I've been here, usually tolerate their poor behavior because it's close to me but not anymore. Hopefully they replace all of their workers."

"The 3 girls behind the counter were so rude. When my party walked in, they didn't acknowledge us. We waited at the counter for almost 5 minutes. They never said anything to us. To be fair, they did have a line in the drive-thru, but they could have at least said we be right with you or something like that. Finally we asked can we order and one of the younger girls asked the older lady which I think was the manager "Can I take their order" and the older lady rolled her eyes and said "yeah whatever". So we asked for a few different drinks and pastries, and the older lady kept saying, "We don't have anymore, we're out." So we asked what do u have, and she only offered us 2 drinks. It was my first time there, so I ordered one of the options she gave me. I was very disappointed with the drink. It tasted as if she had just filled up the cup with whatever she had. When we were in the lobby drinking our coffee the older lady turned up the music so we couldnt hear eachother. I won't be returning,"

"Worst coffee experience, not sure if it was just because it was the thanksgiving rush on Thanksgiving day but I should've known as soon as we pulled into the very long line at the drive thru. So pulled in waited in line, then when we finally got to the menu to order we were told to wait a moment but we waited and waited and waited. That moment turned into about 10mins.Ordered finally, got to the window and waited like another 5-10 for 2 horchata cold brews 5 more minutes just looking at my husband's watered down frappe melting away on counter inside til we were asked if we ordered it too. My cold brew past the test, hubby was done waiting so he just didn't want to have his frappe remade or else he would've so his was alright.We won't be back."

"Was searching for a coffee place in the area and found this one. Based on reviews I had to try it. I ordered the matcha horchata and it was so good! They have a drive thru and a great selection of drinks and snacks to pick from. When I got to the window to get my order they made an extra strawberry matcha and gave it to me. They were so nice! There’s several locations in the Los Angeles area as well!"
