Starbucks

"I've always Loved Starbucks! I've been a gold card member for some time now. My iced Carmel mochiato (however the heck it's spelled...lol) and a delicious sandwich were absolutely delicious. Unfortunately, the lady that took my order wasn't very pleasant or patient. I actually seemed like she was trying not to be obvious, but I was definitely able to tell. We all have our days or hours though...I know I do. But again, unfortunately, it was noticeable."

"5 shots on venti flat white. Did you drink all the shots or what? Not worth purchasing drinks here. Just avoid this location. You will know once you taste latte based coffee. Better baristas work nearby. When you read 5 shots on the label, you must put 5 “shots”. Don’t be stingy Valley View Starbucks."

"It's not my favorite place. I don't like Starbucks coffee anyway, I went there just for a black coffee, and I met with a friend. In my opinion, for the amount the company charges for a cup of coffee, they should invest more in creating an ambiance worth the price! I felt like I had a coffee in a train station. The chairs are very uncomfortable, and overall, in my opinion, they ( company) give you a cheap atmosphere experience. The local staff were okay."

"Short summary: - ALL FOAM - less than a third of the cup was coffee - even worst service from the girl calling out the drinks for pick up - careless and not even sorry It's taken more than a handful of visits for me to decide to write this. I've gone a few times and each time I've had a refresher it tastes bad- like they didn't wash the mixers properly because the first two times it tasted like soap and the third time it tasted just awful. I had sent them a message and didn't get a response, so I left it at that and chose not to go back; I figured it had to do with it being a brand new store and improper training so I decided I'd give them a try a month or two later. Fast forward to today, I went through the drive thru and ordered a hot caramel macchiato and it was EXTREMELY foamy- I stuck a straw in it just to see how bad it was and it was 2/3 foam with only MAYBE 1/3 of the cup being coffee. When I went inside, the girl who calls the orders was depressing and couldn't care less. I asked her if they can re-make it and showed her with the wooden dipstick how bad it was and she just brushed it off and said "I guess we can make a new one". Zero regard, unapologetic, and when she spoke to the girl that was making it she said "yeah I knew"... so WHY send it out if you knew how awful of a job you did? There was no line in the drive thru behind me. There was no need for the service to be this terrible. If you can bear a 5 minute drive, there's one on Katella with a drive thru or the one in vons is great (next parking lot over)."

"I was happy they opened a Starbucks almost in my backyard - but so sad how they don't pay any attention to the drinks they make. I ordered a HOT double espresso shots three times and not a single time it was even warm! Additionally, this is how they made a VT Mocha cookie Frap, plus staff were really rude and didn't remake it."
