"Fantastic broth and the best pork chasu I've ever had, and I've been to Japan 3 times lol. They are very generous with it and it has a fantastic char. I've only tried the spicy tonkotsu because it's so dang good I can't order anything else yet. I have tried the takoyaki and it was cooked really well too, altho a bit overwhelming on the bonito flakes. The ingredients are very generous I love the bok choy and other veggies too. They don't skimp ~ 10/10! So glad there's actually a ramen joint in town I like now. Only improvement I could suggest would be adding a container of chili oil to the table."

"Great atmosphere! I love the decor and the late night vibe. The rice was interesting. It was different from any other I’ve had because of the peppers, I did like it. The sushi, we got it deep fried, and it was almost saturated in sauce. Not a drizzle but heavy on the taste buds *ha. My partner had the ramen, I QUOTE: “The broth was bland, it had no flavor like other ramen I’ve had. The noodles were good, but the pork belly was tough, not tender like it should be.”"

"Solid 4 out of 4. Portion sizes are large for the broth and noodles. I just wish there was a little more meat and veggies. Prices seem a little steep for ramen, beef and veggies but that comes with inflation."

"The food was fantastic!!! Lightly seasoned chicken. The ramen broth was highly comparable to what you would have in Japan. Perfect for a date night once or twice a month!! We ordered too much food and paid $70 for 2 people. However the service was above and beyond other local establishments. The server and manager frequented our table to ensure everything was okay. Which it was. The portions were good. The drinks were ice cold and served promptly. Dimly light and the menu print seemed small. I normally don’t need my reading glasses which I forgot. We ordered the Gyoza (pork dumpling), Karaage (fried chicken), tonkotsu ramen (sliced pork belly, bamboo shoots, bean sprouts, bok choy, scallions, soft boiled egg), spicy tuna roll, chicken rich ramen and to drink we had the Hokkaido milk tea. The appetizer were served and main course at the same time. So we ate faster than normal plus we ordered a total of three appetizers It was odd to have the Ramen spoon that didn’t match the curve of the bowl it was a ladle spoon which made it different than what we were use to in Japan. The only two negatives….. The wooden table/ concrete floor was not properly leveled so it rocked back and forth. The bathrooms are single use for one person only and needed cleaning hourly!! Mirror was dirty. Toilet plunger was exposed and dirty with what appeared to be toilet paper on it. Sink needed cleaning. The ceiling vent screen/diffuser was dusty and the light fixture was dusty. This was a Wednesday and there was only one other couple dining in."
