"Placed a mobile order 10 minutes before arriving. Got there a little early, per the pick up time. So I gladly wait. 5 minutes after the pick up time, still nothing. I still give a little more time. Finally I decide to cancel and it takes 3 people to cancel my order and I still get sarcasm from the barista. They hold you up and still give attitude! And I could tell I wasn’t the only one frustrated with this place. Poorly managed! The worst I’ve ever been to!"

"Disgusting... I ordered my usual drink and a chicken caprese panini. First off, I never received the panini. Second, I like to have my drinks topped off with cinnamon and this particular barista decided to throw the entire bottle of cinnamon into my iced coffee. Lastly, I have had more than a handful of incidents like this with Starbucks. Ridiculous to treat customers like this."
