"Cashier was kinda rude and didn't want to ring up my 3 Vons items after cashier at checkout sent me over there. So I ended up ordering a venti caramel frappuccino. Girl that made drink was super friendly."

"This morning was crazy busy and these poor ladies making drinks were so incredibly stressed because people were rude and they were just trying to get orders out. As I got my last drink, the lady handed it to me and she was shaking. My heart sank straight to the floor. I've worked in customer service so I completely understood her stress. I told them they were all doing a great job then rushed to work. The whole time they had a smile behind their masks, sweet and friendly, did their best to fix orders that were wrong and did so in as quickly as they possibly could as orders flooded in. So I'm giving this location a 5/5 because no matter what was thrown at them, they continued to work super hard without an attitude. Also my drink and bagel made my day and it was super yummy."
