"Went in and purchased a $22 small insulated cup. I ask if the young lady could wash it, especially after being handled by a bunch of people, explaining that it was for my wife was in the hospital after emergency surgery to repair a broken left. I wanted to put her coffee and it and take it to her as a surprise instead of flowers which die. Then I discovered that the manager said no he would not do it, citing some type of policy. Of course once other customers heard that they were slightly outraged. Seeing the customers somewhat unhappy at this behavior, the young lady asked me if I would like to approach the manager again? I said no you obviously don't have the kindness or empathy involved to make an exception & to take care of this!"
