"NOTICE TO SUITE #300 -- First time coming here, and I needed an endoscopy urgently. The only reason I give this place even "one" star is because they were the only place available to get me an appointment "fast" enough. But never again am I going back. The lady at the front desk was VERY rude. When I spoke to her, or when she spoke to "anyone" she never made eye contact while she was speaking giving instructions, she was too busy running around not caring for the patients that came in, giving off the impression as if people are bothing her, she definitely should have not been working front desk. 2ND when my name was called to the back, those ladies was rushing me as if they had fire ants biting them in their pants. They kept saying "This procedure will only take like 10 minutes". I did not want to say how I really felt because I didn't want them to hurt me, but in my head I was saying "I don't care how quick the procedure is, do not rush me!" I didn't have time to think, or ask the proper questions I wanted to ask, even one lady didn't even leave the room while I was putting "back" on my clothes when the procedure was done! 3RD the WORSE of all, they were so much in a rush to do the procedure they did not even wait until my "whole" body felt the anesthesia, I could feel the pain, but I couldn't speak because the mouth piece was in my mouth, and my arms and legs was too weak from the anesthesia to even move, but I KNOW they could tell by my face expressions that I felt the pain. I have no idea why I was treated this way, but I will never go back nor recommend this place to anyone. I will be taking legal action because this is truly unacceptable."
