"I've been hearing about this place for some time now. I was turned off when I saw my server, Vernice, "marrying" bottles of Ketchup. Doing so in the dining area in front of everyone. This is a direct violation of the health departments code. Refilling old bottles leaves the old, bad, expired stuff on the bottom. The old stuff then contaminates the new stuff. This practice will get your customers sick! When leaving, I witnessed the same individual doing the same thing with hot sauces. Makes me wonder how relaxed they are about other health codes they violate. The food was average at best, with low quality ingredients. I doubt I'll be back."

"American breakfast/lunch restaurant in Cypress, on Lincoln and Moody, right across the IHOP. Clearly, way better than the latter... Fairly packed at around noon, especially on weekends (come earlier or later, it's open until 1:30 PM). The food is quite good. Maybe not spectacular, but still better than average. I had the California Chicken Sandwich, which comes with bacon, avocado slices, and iceberg lettuce. Everything was fresh and tasty. I would have preferred a plumper chicken breast (the kind "Paul's" serves on Cerritos and Knotts) instead of more smashed meat, but that's down to personal preference. My wife had the breakfast burrito, and it was quite good."

"This is a great little place. The staff usvery attentive and the food is excellent. I last had a vegetarian omelette because of temporary dietary restrictions, and it was great. But I have had the bacon and eggs and biscuits and gravy. It is all good. Update, still love this place. Great service. This time I had the Hobo Omelette with fruit and biscuits and gravy."

"Great food at great price! All the waitresses were really welcoming. They made sure we were doing alright a few times which was nice. It's a little bit cramped indoors when there's a full house but not too bad.
