We were touring LA via mass transit and walking to different places, look up for Starbucks, found this location near to us and decided to walk and take a small break here, surprise, no seating was available at all, seems to be pretty much a Drive Thru only location, well we just crossed the street and went somewhere else for our drinks. That info was not listed on their description at all."

"Went thru drive thru on Thursday after 12pm noon for $3 grande and when I went to pay the girl told me full price I had to tell her I wanted the $3 deal.. that's not cool not a normal friendly style Starbucks they seem bothered to have to take order or get drinks ready. Yeah I won't be stopping at this one any more I don't want to bother the workers there."

"I'm not from here; the app said to come pick up my mobile order inside. Well, there is no inside, and only one (closed) order window with ten high schoolers waiting. After about five minutes, I went to the drive thru, but that's not any faster. I think they're brutally understaffed, especially for the after school rush. It shouldn't take twenty minutes just to *get access* to pick up a mobile order!"

"I had to meet someone at this Starbucks coffee shop in Inglewood. When I arrived there, they didn't have dining service inside. It was a small Starbucks coffee shop that had outdoor pick-up and drive-thru services. I had to drive to the drive-thru area. It was late evening, so there were a few cars in the driveway. I ordered the small coffee & pumpkin cream cheese muffin. I was with my little dog, and he wanted to eat my muffin. A young man took my order. When I drove to the pick up windiw, it was already ready to go. It was fast services. He was friendly and worked very fast. Anyway, I requested him if my dog can have some whip cream. Then, he smiled at me, and he gave us a small cup of whipped cream. My dog loves whipped cream. He was happy that he got a treat from Starbucks. He enjoyed the whipped cream, and I enjoyed my muffin with a cup of coffee. This Starbucks had the best services. I liked the food and great services too. I would like to recommend this Starbucks coffee shop to everyone."
