"Rude employees, went there to pick up a order last night and the young girl behind the counter was incredibly rude, no customer service skill, no greeting and addressed me with attitude, didnt even want to be there, not going back there, gave them two chances already second time there and both were bad experiences, first time all the employyes just ignored me"

"Presentation is different from actual delivered product. I ordered the 5 munchkin holes separately from the 25 so that they would be packaged as they are presented for ordering. They took the 5 and dumped them in a bag with the others I had ordered. Sorry, this store while closest to me just has too many issues."

"Why do people bother with this place? Getting served inside is slow, clunky, and painful. It seems like they are understaffed and don’t care if they get your business or not. If you want Dunkin’, I’d check for a different location. Or better still, support a place that has better service. I won’t be going back until I hear they’ve improved. (I like Dunkin’s donuts and coffee - but when the experience is that bad, you just don’t go there)."

"Boycotting Starbucks so I had to fund a new coffee spot. It's so sweet so if you need to ask for less sweetener , the line is so long. Plan ahead if stopping by or order pickup through the app to reduce time."

"Worst service! Too many employees hovering around, we walked in and nobody greeted, we stand there for like solid 4 minutes and 3 employees walked to the back ignored us and the other 3 just facing the wall standing there. They're going "digital" like self-checkout self-order but no one says hi and they're just laughing and talking between employees. Pretty awkward. Anyway we placed the order on the tablet and one employee sitting outside went in to dispatch the order and gave us this..... all messy and sloppy. The entire visit was with no word no thank you no service at all.... Don't come here. They don't deserve your money"
