"Super bad service! We were not able to see the drive thru menu and I kindly asked the gentleman on the speaker to display the food menu (all I could see was the previous vehicle order) and his response was “there’s nothing I can do”.. eventually we pulled up to leave but there was a line and while we were at the direction of the first window, someone who seemed to be a manager asked if we were going to order and we responded that we wanted to but we couldn’t see the menu and his response was “oh okay so you’re leaving then” and he closed the window. I don’t frequently go to McDonalds but this type of service is terrible."

"Very horrible service. Zero customer care. I paid for a delux plate, only to receive 3pancakes and a breakfast muffin with no egg. Again the plate was incomplete no scrambled eggs. Just horrible. I felt so bad"

"Super fast in and out. Less expensive then the competition and I’ve fixed flats, patched tires and replace two tires and all four on my cars over the years."

"We just made a quick stop on the way to an appointment, we were running early and decided to eat in as opposed to using the drive through. Well, that wasn't going to happen. They had the seating area completely closed off, apparently due to Covid restrictions that have been lifted. So we ordered and walked our food back to eat in the car in the parking lot. Typical McDonald's, quick and efficient order and delivery of food."
