"This store always block online order in the morning. Thought it was just once in a while but found out almost everyday . I’m pretty sure they lost lots of customers by doing that. It need to be addressed seriously . Who let them keep doing that ? Is it because they playing games to meet some metric for the store or manager cut staff help and got overwhelming. It’s so frustrated to get in line in the store when we all have apps"

"I ordered my coffee in the morning, was held up by work. I got there 3 hours later, but by then they threw my drink away. I told the Barista, and she cheerfully made me another fresh coffee ☕️ No questions asked ! A+++"

"My go to location. It's down the street from my job. This location has efficient workers. I order on my app and by the time I get there my drink is ready for pick up. Employees are also so nice. They great everyone when they walk thru the door and the vibe here is just good. The parking here however is a freakin nightmare. They share a small small parking lot with like 5 other places and you're lucky if you ever find a spot near the Starbucks."

"Came in to look at the Starbucks products, no sale like other store, and not much of selections. Need more cute Asian Starbucks tumblers like the ones sold in Japan, Taiwan, Korea, Singapore, and Hong Kong!"

"Today, I re-visited this local Starbucks in Rosemead. I am so glad that I did. Today, I met Andrea she is the manager. She made me feel like my life mattered. This is how. So, they are practicing physical distancing and requiring face coverings. I did not realize I had entered without a face covering. But, Andrea noticed. She asked me if I could use a face covering. I did not have one. I said YES! I. Whew! Then, she helped me with my order be sure I got it right. When she realized that I ordered a drink smaller than I wanted. She had my drink upgraded to the size I wanted. The Customer service was so excellent in this Starbucks that I had to tell Andrea if I were grading customer service today I would’ve given you an A+. She just smiled."
