"Whoever was working Monday in the afternoon gave me the worst experience even after I still came to them nicely. The girl was rude when I was ordering my drinks, gets my order wrong and both cashier and barista roll their eyes and still gave me attitude when I told them they got my order wrong. If y’all are miserable do better and get a better job and get my name correctly it’s not that hard to spell."

"I used the app thinking it would be faster but it wasn't and I was okay with that its a Saturday at Starbucks. I got my drink and it had ice when it says no ice. I was that's okay I'll just take it. We are still waiting for my husbands drink and I told him go tell them to not put ice on your. So he told the girl nicely please don't put ice on Janettes other drink. She replies with it didn't say no ice. That is what got to me. We didn't ask for them to redo my drink. We just simply reminded them that we asked for no ice. Then we get the drink and it's not full. come on"
