Starbucks

"This has to be the worst Starbucks I have ever been too. It’s super small, the restroom are a mess. No where to sit both inside or outside. I order my drinks only to find out the biggest table there inside the store was “ Reserve” for I believe employee training. By the time I finish ordering. The training was over. The manager was sitting down in the big table by herself. We were about to sit down when she litterly told us this table is reserved. Really? I saw everyone leaving? She did not let us sit down very unprofessional if you ask me. The table was big enough to share & she was all by herself. I asked the cashier if I can have the code to the restroom omg!! The code was so long by the time I got to the restroom I forgot it. Why not make it a 4 digit code? Never coming back again."

"One of the dirtier Starbucks in my opinion and some (high) tables were missing chairs and had trash on the table when I visited. The person behind the counter had a rude tone after being informed that we were here for the BOGO offer as if we were taking from her personal profits or something. I wouldn't return here if I didn't have to."

"Everyone's always very kind at this location. Love stopping by when I'm in Uptown to get a drink or cakepops. Every employee is always very kind and asks about your day. They always have smiles on their faces and are polite. I appreciate all of the workers here. They always make my experience very pleasant."

"Friendly service, great coffee. Clean facilities, well taken care of. A bit crowded but it's a coffee shop. A little pricey but you get what you pay for. Very relaxing, mellow vibe walking into the shop. The employees are very friendly, helpful. Note: this Starbucks does not have a drive thru. So wait times are not as long as ones with drive thru's, always a plus. Clean area, nice spot for a coffee shop."
