"I could never find a place to sit because the students from the school take over all the tables. There is 1 person at each table for 4. I have tried several times and walked out and gone to mcdonald's."

"I tries so many times to like this location. I really did. Mainly because its up the street from my house. Good lord the service is terrible. So freakin slow. I do mobile order ahead of time so I can just grab it and go... but no. One regular iced coffee and a wake up wrap takes 7 to 10 BUSINESS DAYS. No but seriously, 30 mins for 2 items..? And not even peak busy times. It's so sad. And it's consistently bad. the employees are very nice but my goodness service is just a snail's pace. Never again."

"This is a solid location. The drive through can back up at times, I wish more people would use the app to speed it along. Otherwise it's excellent. Edit: Knocking a star off. Yesterday their ovens were down (which is completely understandable) so hot food wasn't an option. Today I figured I'd call to make sure they were back up (also understandable) and they aren't picking up their phone at all. Been trying over a period of time. Frustrating, because it's not so close to me I can just swing by and check easily."

"I’ve been to hundreds of Dunkin’s and this was singlehandedly the best I’ve ever been to by miles. I got the Iced Chai Latte, superb. They greeted me when I walked in, said bye on the way out, and gave me the best drink I’ve ever sipped on. Insanely clean bathrooms too."

"Maybe the staff is better in the morning but come around 11am / afternoon! They arent very considerate especially Gabriel. Heres the thing if you make a drink wrong. You make it wrong. Take accountability. As someone who was a manager at a coffee shop. You redo the latte! The latte tastes disgusting & he has the most nonchalant attitude. If you dont want to work here then leave & keep the attitude. Especially when you were approached nicely & couldnt look me in the eye. I know they are young but dunkin do better!"
