"It’s Friday and got excited to have a drink from Starbucks. I ordered black tea lemonade with light ice and drove out to my place of work. The service is quick - no question about that but to my dismay, the drink tasted like water - no tea or lemonade - completely a water down drink! I called immediately after parking and the shift manager, Efren, volunteered to replace my drink. I just want my money’s worth of drink. I know that it is a busy place and time but I hope they pay attention to the drink they are preparing. The customers are also hustling to go to work and need a good drink to complete a weekdays of work!"
