"I came tonight and went through the drive thru to buy 2 drinks and I ordered with no ice and the cashier told me that it is 1 dollar extra for the no ice in the cup and I was shocked because how are they going to charge me extra because I don't want ice, this is the first time someone has told me that and it seems like such an absurd and stupid thing to me and what they did with my drink, adding extra ice without asking for it, woo, they have bad customer service, they should train them more and the management should pay attention how your employees work"

"For people that do Uber eats, the service sucks here in Huntington Park. I arrived and the order wasn't done, it took them about 30 min. To make it, while doing the order, they would do other orders first. So what Uber eats isn't important to them, because to us drivers, delivering is important, time is critical."

"Coming here can be good, however there will be times that either one they are too busy, and they don't have enough employees or their printer machines go offline, or just minor errors they may make. However they tend to have good customer service. Please be kind to the people here, sometimes I see customer scream or say things that are out of place. They just renovated the place seems really comfortable. I usually do mobile orders just to go and get out quick (but beware sometimes it can take up to 20 minutes to get your order too). I would like to ask to keep an eye on the fruits for the refreshers drinks cuz I got some strawberries that’s were not the best for both my drinks. Nonetheless thank you for your service."
