"This location is only good on the weekends. Monday through Friday the drinks are made with minimal effort by barista's who barely pay attention to what anyone orders even when its not busy. You will be better off going to the location a little further down the street or buying the premade bottled drinks from the Target across the street."

"Last night, I went to the Starbucks coffee shop in Southbay Pavillion Mall. I needed to meet someone in there. After that, I went to the drive-thru and ordered my dinner. I ordered cheese Danish, sandwiches, and mango dragonfruit lemonade. My little dog was with me, so I asked a young lady that of my dog could have little whipped cream. Then, she gave me the free whipped cream for my dog. My dog really enjoyed the whipped cream. Anyway, I got my food, and first, I tried the mango dragonfruit lemonade. It was magnificent! The remonade was refreshing, delightful, and delicious. I loved it !!! It was the best tasting lemonade, I ever had it before. Then, I tried the sandwiches. It was mouth watering sandwiches. Also, cheese Danish was creamy, sweet and yammy tasting Danish. I really enjoyed all of the food. They were delicious and tasty meals. I recommend this Starbucks coffee shop to everyone. They offer various coffees, fruit drinks, and best tasting sandwiches, breakfast & deserts. Also, they have great customer service, too."

"Great drive-thru experience! The guy at the window right before closing on 10/27 was so friendly. We felt bad for ordering about 5 minutes before closing but were on the road back home to San Diego and needed a little energy for the rest of the drive late at night. Thank you for that!"

"This location has a very large lobby, outdoor seating, and a drivethru. Unfortunately the way the parking lot is causes a lot of traffic so be prepared for a little bit of a hassle in the parking lot of the shopping center. Aside from that service is great and drinks came out well. I would recommend stopping by this location."

"Very dirty. Nice layout. My order got messed up. My cinnamon roll was placed on top of a filthy counter. Someone had diarrhea and had Hershey squirts all over the toilet. Someone went in to clean and failed to clean it well. The staff was laughing so loud all the time it was hard to hear my phone call. A lady who appeared to be in charge was the ring leader of uproarious laughter that went on for the entire time I was there. The floors and tables, filthy. My order delivered on a counter full of wet coffee, straw paper, filth. The staff should have been cleaning instead of laughing for hours."
