"This branch should lose its franchise. Echo all of the below reviews, water delivery suddenly ceased, calls yielded promises of delivery next day, nothing would ever show up. This went on for weeks, into months. Never officially canceled our account, empties sitting here, no water deliveries for over two months now. This is the absolute worst business I have ever dealt with. Stay far away, DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS. Deserves zero stars"

"Great water, if you can get it delivered! I have been a customer for only 1 1/2 months and the service is unreliable! I have been out of water since last week, I called early last week and requested that my delivery date be moved up. I was told first they would deliver on 9/01- they cancelled due to a mechanical issue and rescheduled for 9/07. They were a no show on 9/07, I sent an email last night to advise and requested that delivery be set up for today. No one replied to my email; I called them at Noon to confirm if delivery was set up for today and was told they had no available drivers until 9/11. I have now cancelled my service as this is unacceptable! They work so hard to get new customers but then don't even service the ones they have!"

"Loved this company until about a year ago. All of a sudden the deliveries were no longer happening on the scheduled days, I'd have to call sometimes 3 times to get them to reschedule the delivery. I haven't gotten water in almost 2 months because they don't have drivers. They keep saying water is going to be delivered on X day, then it doesn't happen. Then I call again. Rinse repeat. They must have my number memorized at this point since I have to call and remind them to do their job, a service they offer, every single month. Please do better. Currently looking for replacement service."
