"They gave me wrong item. I had to come back and exchange it on the window. The worst part. The lady with braces that claim that she is one of the manager, did not apologize and just gave me the replacement. It was a classic oatmeal. When I asked for spoon, instead of giving me the spoon she told me that she is not suppose to give me spoon if not asked and it's their policy. I can understand if that even the policy. I did asked for spoon not excuse why no spoon and I buy this classic oatmeal 3 to 4 times a week. I always get the set, oatmeal, almond, raisins, brown sugar and spoon, sometimes they will give napkins. Her service is terrible. First wrong item, then no sorry or apology nor apologetic attitude. Then giving excuse to customer when customer asked her politely for spoon. Fyi I used please and thank you. I work 5 min from there and really want to like this location. First time open team. Super friendly and pro but sorry now. Sometimes not so good service but I accept that but disrespecful to customer ? Especially she is one of the manager? I went there before noon. She is a lady with braces. Work in the pick up window. I hope Starbucks management care enough and fix this. Thank you."
