"The posted hours start at 4 am. I arrived near six for a pickup order in-store and there are workers inside, but the lobby is locked and they are pointedly ignoring me. No sign on the door or anything. Isn't it illegal to walk through a drive thru? How am I supposed to get my food?"

"I had an incredibly unpleasant experience at Starbucks today. The drive-through lady not only insulted my choice of ordering two cake pops, one for my son and the other for my wife, but she also made inappropriate comments about my financial situation. She questioned, "Is that all you came to Starbucks for?" and then insisted I get a water because, according to her, it's free – insinuating that I couldn't afford anything else. Such rude behavior is completely unacceptable, and it left me feeling humiliated and disrespected. I expected better customer service from a well-known chain like Starbucks."

"Rude, ghetto customer service. Because I didn’t have a payment ready, she let my drinks sit at the window & closed the window for 1-2mins. While I was staring at her, she saw me recording & finally decided to open the window to assist me."

"This Starbucks store is my favorite cf shop now. The shop has a very nice place, clean, neat & windy. The service is so good. I liked the way the cashier girl smiled with me & the way she gave compliment to customers. Anw you guys should try this salted caramel coffee recipe ($5). Trust me. You will not regret.
