"Worst customer service ever. The person preparing the drinks rude and rush through the orders, making a mess and giving the cups all dirty. I politely asked him to clean the cup so I could grab it, and he pointed out where the napkins were. I told him I wasn't going to stain my hand, and he rudely scoffed his throat and harshly cleaned the cup( Antonio) is the staff."

"The drinks are always good here, but I was very disappointed in the Turkey, tomato, and pesto sandwich that I purchased here. There was one piece of turkey, a couple of roasted red peppers and pesto sauce. The price of the sandwich definitely didn't match the quality. It was very flat and hardly no ingredients on the inside. I ended up stopping at McDonalds across the street to buy a breakfast sandwich."

"I arrived at the location at 10:00pm on a Friday evening only to be greeted at the door by an employee stating they're closed. The website says they closed at 10:30pm. It was very disappointing that they lost a valuable customer because they closed 30 minutes early."

"Sitting in this Starbucks enjoying a midday snack. Upon the recommendation of the barista, Had Pistachio Foam on the beverage today and it was nice. Tried the Impossible Breakfast Sandwich and it hit the spot. Very clean seating area with attentive, helpful staff who delivered prompt service will have me returning when out task mastering."

"Love this Starbucks store. It's hard to hit at a non busy time, but it's still worth a little wait if you have to. Staff are always friendly and welcoming, drinks are of course fresh and made to order. Store is really clean for such a high volume location, that is a credit to the staff, they are on top of things. Will be back for sure. (Update 6/13/22: I stopped in on the way home from work and the parking lot was completely full. Finally a vehicle pulled out and I got a space. I went in and there were only 2 customers in the store. They need to police the parking lot as many potential customers that pulled in just left again while I was waiting for a space. I ordered a venti drip coffee and to my surprise they filled the cup by tilting the near empty pots that were on the counter and mixing the flavors. Even at that my cup was under 3/4 full. Seems to me like a training session is needed for these new Barista's. A rep from the cash register company walked in while I was there and said he had to work on the register. They only have one for walk in customers. The manager told him to come back around 8pm to which he told her he was there and was going to work on it now. They had to put up a sign on the door that only drive through was open and lock out the customers that were trying to come in. Not very professional at all."
