"Austin the manager at this store- took our call. It’s late everywhere is closed and they were close to closing, and rather than act like he was put out. He was more than helpful and kind and got us all hooked up for some delicious pizza. We’re visiting from out of town so we’re grateful for the good service made a good impression. "Today I ordered my Emergency Pizza with 2 bottled sodas online from Domino's Del Mar Highlands. Everything was easy with the order tracking to know the arrival time. Trae was my delivery person and brought it to me still hot, which was great. He accidentally brought only one soda, instead of two that I ordered, and apologized. I could tell that he felt sincerely bad about it. Explained that he had so many hot orders yet to deliver that he couldn't go back to the store to retrieve it just yet, but that he would have his manager Otto issue me a credit for both sodas. I felt that was a good resolution so thanked him for that and he left. About 20 min later there was a knock on my door and I was surprised to see Trae again, this time with 3 additional sodas to make up for forgetting one! This is over-and-above the call of duty so I thanked him for taking the time to make it right, and called his manager tonight to give him a shout-out. Manager Otto also said he deleted the charge from my bill AND would give me a free side next time I had an order. Now that's great customer service from Domino's Del Mar Highlands!!"

"It's edible my delivery was prompt. I think I won't get pizza or salad and just stick to the Parm bread and pasta should I order in the future. My regular pan cheese Pizza was dry and hard like a focaccia with scant cheese and slight sauce. The salad was not fresh at all just a sorry prepackaged iceberg thing with little trays containing a sprinkle of preserved lunch meat cubes and dry cheese shreds a packet of dressing and a packet of croutons."

"This store is not even worth 1 star!!!! I ordered 2 pizzas one pepperoni and the other ham and pineapple. They just threw a few pepperoni on it and didn’t even get my order right. They gave me pepperoni and pineapple instead of ham and pineapple. I will NEVER order from this store again!! I don’t trust them to remake my pizza so I’ll follow up with management for a refund! Horrible, horrible service and pizza! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Look at the picture and decide for yourself."
