Finca Paso Robles

"This is our first time at Finca, as we have heard a lot about it but as of yet have not been able to take advantage of an opportunity to dine there. We were pleasantly surprised, we had the Baja shrimp taco, very well seasoned, a little spicy, and very flavorful! The biggest surprise was the mashed potato and gruyere tacos! They had a spicy and creamy sauce drizzled over them, definitely going back!"

"Cute restaurant located in the Paso Market Walk with a small indoor area and heated outdoor seating on a wraparound porch. Order at the counter and food is brought out to you. We ordered a bean and cheese burrito, chips with 2 kinds of salsa, and a pork belly chile verde burrito bowl. All the food was delicious. Special mention to the tender and flavorful pork belly. The burrito bowl was a good sized serving of rice, beans, and pork belly. The food came out fast. The restaurant was nice and clean. Highly recommend Finca."

"Good for a quick bite. Outdoor seating available. Dog and kid friendly. The guacamole is really good. The mushroom burrito bowl was tasty except that the mushrooms were too salty."

"Finca is a quaint place to stop to get non traditional tacos. If you are on a quest for something a little more unconventional, this is your place. Situated in the Paso Market Walk, there are a multiple of fun grab and gos but Finca is outside the main walk and it's worth the stop. We ordered the ceviche, pork belly tacos, and chips and salsa. Yes we were hungry, don't judge! The ceviche is made fresh with what they have purchased so at the time we had it was salmon. I know what you are thinking - salmon?! Right? Us too but it was delish. Very light and citrus forward which is what you would want in a ceviche. The pork belly tacos were flavorful and were more Chile Verde style. And the chips were fresh made along with a red and green salsa which both brought a little punch to your plalate. Our friends had the potato taco which was different and fabulous - think crispy taco shell with ooowie gooyie melted cheese and mashed potatoes. I know what you are thinking - huh? But it works and it's good. The veranda is a fantastic place to relax and enjoy the food and company. If you are stopping in Paso for the weekend or anytime, you should mosey on over to Fincas to enjoy the surroundings and fresh fare."

"I've been here a few times, their Pork belly tacos are really good. I had the octopus which was interestingly good. I also jad the temple which was very unique and mild. Their pork belly nachos were really good too, but could have used more pork belly. Overall, I think this place has great potential. The dishes are not traditional Mexican dishes and the uniqueness makes them a fun experience. I hope to visit again and try something new."
