"In terms of location and atmosphere, it is my top 5 Starbucks I have been so far. But after COVID fades away, I started noticing this Starbucks store’s music changed to more clubbing genre and louder. Today, I finally used my Apple watch to measure how loud the music is, which showed around 40-45 decibels. I was sitting at the far corner, away from cashier. I could not too focus on reading my book. I don't know if it is Starbucks policy to broadcast louder, pop music. I have not heard holiday music yet today. I feel the 3 ladies talking were "fighting" with the background music. I sent my feedback to Starbucks to clarify if it is their policy to broadcast a particular kind of music. Thank you."
"The staff is great, always helpful and welcoming. The drinks are consistent every time. Service is fast and with a smile. If you are a regular customer they get to know you by name and will usually great you with it! I do wish that they had a larger selection of merchandise but not everything can be perfect!"
