"Poor customer service ( I am paying for coffee its not free !!!) I asked for a matcha green tea latte with customization (3 extra scoops and no ice and no foam) in it. They did a poor job. They just added matcha powder in milk and gave it to me. Moreover, I asked for venti , they gave grande on top they made me to stand in line to get the order changed. If you didn't like to serve, better please tell that rather than serving a drink which is too bad. I order many times at this place and never felt like this before. And this time their service is too bad and too worst. (They felt like, as if they are giving me a free drink)."
