"Smells terrible. Y'all have got to do something about the smell of all the homeless people that hang out here. Put some plug in air fresheners, light a candle, whatever you've got to do. It's nauseating. The people that work here are so sweet and it's a shame that this place isn't as nice as it could be."

This happened to me more then two times and at this point I have had enough of this place. Disrespectful people and hypocrites is what these people are. "I love the Capone in Irvine but this one not so much. I don't feel safe parking in the lot across the street, followed by aggressive mentally ill unhoused man the last time I visited. Watched numerous people walk in and immediately walk out. Close your eyes and picture delicious smelling coffee and pastries, friendly workers and nice decor now imagine this as a homeless shelter filled with unhoused people, dirty bags, backpacks, etc and disruptive things like a man talking to himself at yelling volume every few minutes and to top it off they aren't buying much and aren't Capital one customers...."

"Spent most of the morning in Santa Monica, found this café on our way back heading to the train station. I needed to use the restroom and this was the perfect spot. The restrooms were clean and if you happen to have a capital one card all drinks and pastries at Peets coffee is 50%off what a deal. I wish their was a capital one café closer to Burbank or Inland empire. The staff was super friendly and I would consider stopping by again."
