"Easily the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. Can rarely get your order right and then are offended when you bring it to their attention. There have been several occasions when we have ordered (in the drive through or door dash) a chicken nugget happy and don’t receive the chicken nuggets."

"I love your food, got 2 double cheeseburger with no mustard no pickles and extra onions but everytime I go I never get extra onions so next time I go in not drive thru though I went for the free medium fries no salted that was good My Sis Mary, our Friend Justin were there too we each used our apps at same time and you were out of ice cream before 11PM because they put everything away but they got shakes though. Anyways, take care."

"What a joke of a location, management leaves MUCH to be desired. Training is sorely lacking. I waited 30 minutes for a dine in kiosk order just to get my customizations ignored and my order served to go. There was a woman waiting 20 minutes for a diet coke, no joke. District Manager needs to do a complete overhaul. This location is overrun by careless teens. The only one trying to help was the poor manager, he needs to hire a completely new crew. Ditch the kiosks and bring back human interaction; They no longer offer in person ordering. Finding an employee is like finding a needle in a haystack. Do better."

"This McDonald's is absolutely terrible. Worst McDonalds in Bakersfield. They are no longer doing "at the counter" orders and everything by us through the kiosk. We ordered through the kiosk and then the payment was broken at the kiosk. So it printed out a receipt and say go to the counter to pay. Took about 10 min to get someone from the back to ring us up. Waited for food for 20 minutes. Decided to get a refund. Had to yell to employees in Kitchen to get someone's attention. Trash overflowing. Floors a mess. Employees here want nothing to do with customers. Good luck getting anyone's help for ANYTHING like PAYING or NAPKINS."
