"The customer service was hit and miss. I hadnt been to a Chuck E Cheese for about 10+ years. I was unaware of all the changes, the cashier lady which happened to be part of management team was so rude and showed little intrest in helping and answering my questions. She seemed bothered and annoyed for any question I had and was rushing me. Which by the way she really didnt answer the questions i had. My party and i brushed it off and just thought maybe shes having a bad day. We did spend over $90. Later was more. Next we waited for our food and when our buzzing machine went off, we went to collect our food. to our surprise someone took our food and the worker behind the counter asked if i took it. Like why would i be waiting and be upset that i got there and there was no food done. She asked the cook to make another one but said it was an additional 20min. We wanted to bring it to management attention (since our food was not the first to be taken that day.) this was happening and not complaining even though we were hungry and had to wait longer, and management didnt care. They just said they will make you another one. No apology or anything. The salad bar was nicley stocked but the employees got to pick and choose who they let use the salad plates and regular pizza plates. They gave me a hard time about getting a new salad plate, which i paid extra for when i needed it, but wouldnt tell the people who didnt pay extra using regular pizza plates anything. They had a couple of games/machines out without any signs at least 5 were off or not working. However the person at the jumping station was super nice and friendly and he was professional. Also the young man helping at the dipping dots station was friendly. My little had fun so i was able to kinda just brush everything else off but my experience back was not a good one and i dont think we will be going back."

"Anthony was friendly and upbeat. He also gets plus points for helping me add time for the kids to play in the jump zone. Especially since I was upset how another coworker responded to my request to add this to my bill. The girl was rude and reticent to allow me to pay."

"The service was terrible. I paid for a birthday and for a service whose workers were terrible from the beginning of the event. The young women who waited on my table served cold food and wanted to take my guests out early. And the mouse spent every moment of the show scratching his nose. I don't recommend it, terrible service."

"Today was Lake’s day. We took her to Chuck E. Cheese to play till she got tired. First they gave us our soda cups, paper plates and the little black disc that blinked to let us know when our pizza was done. Then the playing commended. We bought a card and Lake scanned every game that she wanted to play. They had all sorts of games. One actually looked like a motorcycle but it lifted her up high in the air. The pizza was better quality than most of the name brand pizza companies who make long commercials bragging about their extra cheesy crusts…..go figure. Come to freak, stay for the food! ….I liked the staff here. They were hip and young. But they did their job."
