"Super bad treatment by staff towards the customer, on Saturday, September 16, I went with my brother and he went into that store and I went into another one. When I returned, my brother was inside and I was outside and I am a minor and I am not I could be alone outside and my brother opened the door and a black woman came towards me yelling at me and telling me to leave, that I couldn't be there, however I told her that I was coming with my brother and my brother was already inside the store and she told me he can stay and you can’t You have to go, you have to leave and yell at me what she was saying and she kept yelling and yelling at me for no reason the truth is that it doesn't seem fair or ethical to me that they come shouting. She could have said it in a good way, but no, she was yelling at me until I left, I don't have the need for her to be there shouting and yelling at people I have already seen that many complain about her, fire her now, if you don't want it to harm the store and all because she is a rude lady."

"A black female cashier is very rude. I happened to stand in the wrong line and she said “ don’t you see the line? “ poor customer service."

"We came at 19:45 and associates closed the doors and refused to open. We asked to sell us one backpack which we choose at the morning, they told us that they closed the system. However, they still have 15 minutes to work! No customer oriented…."

"Went to go do a quick return but they had the doors locked at 6:54pm. eventho it clearly says they close at 7pm. If you are running late don't even bother"
