"I love Starbucks, and rarely, my order is incorrect. Today, though I was disappointed when ordering a Venti, I was handed a tall coffee. When I corrected the barrista, he simply poured the tall order into a Venti cup. I asked for cold, sweet foam on top, which had disappeared when he poured the drink into a venti cup. This was his quick fix. After correcting him again,he finally agreed to redo the drink. I think someone needs retraining.."
