"I came in to order a taco salad. Alfonso helped make my food and was super nice to me even when I had difficulty understanding how the process worked. He suggested I try the chicken and wow he was right! Delicious! By the end of our interaction I felt like I had made a new friend. Top notch customer service!!!"

"When I went in the managers were being extremely rude to “new” staff when I was ordering, even when i said it was my first time here, I felt rushed the WHOLE time. They even would snap when asking me what I wanted in my salad. All the tables were so greasy and looked like they haven’t got wiped down in weeks. Also when I ordered a side of guacamole I was charged for old brown paste, so gross!"

"I feel sorry for the people that work there. The employees are excellent but when a customer approached the counter the manager yelled from across the restaurant "YOU HAVE A CUSTOMER " she did this like 2 or three times, instead of getting up off her butt and helping out. I can't believe this person qualifies to receive the pay that a manager is entitled to for fast food restaurants. Management "Leaders " lead, they don't sit on their butts and bark out orders. Great food, great employees but disappointing leadership."

"Food is great and fresh, but staff last night 4/18 around 8:00-9:00pm were loud and play fighting and yelling at each other. This is something that needs to be fixed since I see this happening here way too much. I work in a grocery store down the road and I understand that you can be more loose when there’s only a few customers in the establishment, but this was a whole new level and out of control. It was EXTREMELY disrespectful to me and the other customers who wanted to eat in peace and not hear teenagers scream at each other. Do better, this was not something I wanted to deal with after a hectic day of work and being on my feet for 10 hours."
