"Update: it’s unfortunate that I had to change my 5 star to a 3 star. I placed an online order at 9p on 9/23/23. When I picked up my order, it was missing ingredients & there were barely any toppings on the pizza. There were two guys working when I went in at 9:20p to pick up. I should’ve know better b/c when I go in to order, I usually have to ask them to add more toppings & spread it all over the pizza & not just sprinkle a little bit it one area. We randomly stopped in on their grand opening. We’ve driven by the location before it opened so we were excited for them to finally open. We were actually about to go to the one near the 210 fwy since the Ontario Mills one was closed already. As I was putting in the 210 location in my GPS, it showed me that this location was open. When we stopped in, we didn’t even know it was the first day open. The staff was really friendly, the decorations were super cute & festive, all the employees were tentative & wanted to make sure everything was to our liking! They accidentally put balsamic instead of BBQ on one of our pizza but they of course made us a new one with no hesitation. The pizzas came out great, toppings were spread out & the pizza was cooked perfectly! I wish I would’ve gotten names but shout out to the staff that worked the evening of the grand opening!"

"Will start by saying the food was good overall. Was not expecting the dough to be a thin crust. It was a crispy experience. Mozzarella cheese melted in a good way. Food was heated well. I only have 2 issues with this location at time of writing. Which both have to do with cleanliness. #1 - The ground was dirty, it seems like no had swept near the tables with neither a broom nor mop. #2 - The soda machine area. The ground and countertop were both sticky due to possible soda that had dripped over. (No mopping nor cleaning the table with a sanitized rag.) I hope the manager can prioritize this location to be cleaned more often."
