"Employee wouldn’t accept EBT over the phone due to management even though I ALWAYS pay over the phone. When asked to speak to the manager which I never do but I just wanted to know their reasoning since I can pay with my debit or credit card over the phone but all of a sudden not EBT? “Jasmine”, the manager said she was too busy…. Never heard of a manager that’s too busy to address a customer concern. Ive never left a negative review in my life. “Jasmine” should absolutely not be in a manager role. Didn’t even bother to say a word when I went and picked up the pizza. Made us go home after work to get the card for no reason other than… I don’t know. They wouldn’t give a reason."
"This was a very nice pizza place, I did not realize that they were a delivery or take out only, because this was our first time here,We ordered four pizzas and breadsticks it took them about 20 minutes to complete our order, the staff we dealt with was awesome, he was very helpful and definitely very understanding to our needs I would 100% recommend this Pizza place because of their efficiently but also the quality of their pizza.
