"I used to love coming here for their thin crust pizza, but now all they seem to do is drop the ball. I ordered for pick up and they tell me that they will notify me when my pizza is ready... my pizza was ready in 12 minutes but haven't contacted me about it till 30 mins later. This has happened 2 times and when I complained about having cold pizza (that i still had to pay in full) they told me that the next order will be 25 bucks off which was a lie cause they then try telling me when I ordered from them again it was not 25 bucks off but 25 percent off. I gave them my information to confirm that, and it turned out they never put the information on their system and even with my receipt and card information of when I purchased from them they told me the lowest they could go was 10 percent off. I never thought I say this but they be making round table look more reliable."
