Domino's Pizza

"I called before I placed my order to inquire if they accept EBT, I was told they do accept it an I would be able to use it. Once I get Dominos, the cashier had no clue of how to process the transaction, therefore extending my wait for a manager. The manager whom attempted the transaction an failed claiming the internet was not working all of this took about 20 minutes an still I left without food, or an apology or compensation for my time and effort. Horrible customer, service, and service from a manager"

"I am disappointed, I attempted to have a Salad delivered, but I was home from hospital no way to drive there tonite. I spoke to Angelica said my order cannot be added chicken only on a pizza. I asked for a manager, she said they don’t have any. She did had me speak to Logan manager. He offered a different Salad (Cesar Salad) like Angela said, And said dressing is in a packet. I was happy, then the price was very high. A small salad and added another $6.00 to deliver. They’re a little over one mile away. I said I guess I won’t eat then. I said I was a Senior. It did not mater. I hung up."

"This Domino's location has great staff ,thank you to the whole kitchen and a special thank you to Ruben he was so polite with great customer service and I appreciate all his help. Our pizzas came out great keep up the good work."

"This place is horrible. If i could give 0 stars i would. We ordered for delivery at 6 pm and left specific instructions how to get inside our apartment. We had received a message that driver was in the neighborhood and the the following message was our order being canceled. We called the store and they stated the driver tried calling but we never answer which was false we never received one from him or the front door. They told us that we would have to re pay for our order and that a driver would bring us our pizza back. (Which is fine if that was the case) 7:30 pm rolls around and still no pizza. At this point the food has been sitting out for about an hour and a half. I called back to ask if the driver was almost here and they told me that no the driver left without our order and wasn't back yet, but we should have our pizza in the next 10-20 min. So almost 2 hours of our food being out. We asked if it was gunna get cold and they told us it's on a warmer. This is the most disappointing experience I have ever had. And when we spoke with manager Jen all she could tell us is it's policy. Would not recommend don't spend you money here out 60 dollars from 2 failed orders. Ridiculous. Go to pizza pirates. There customer service is out of this world compared to here."
