Zito's Pizza

"Came here for a kid's birthday party. Decor is pretty old/dated. Pizza was ok. Not too many dine-in Pizza places left: so beggars can't be choosers."

"My family and I are long time patrons of Zitos pizza and I worked at the Circle of Orange location... last night we visited the Store on Tustin and received the worst treatment by your staff. We understand the holidays can garner longer wait times but after 40min we had not received even our salads. Our pizza hit the table at 45+ min and then after we inquired as to why we has not received our salads, garlic knots, and pasta we started getting dismissive answers from your staff. About an hour in we finally received everything but the garlic knots. The pizza was almost burnt and we didn't get the garlic knots until we were already done eating everything else. I requested to speak to the manager on duty and was told by a young female that it was the boy making pizzas. He did not come to the counter or try to make things right for us and our inconvenience.  And to top it off the female screamed obscenities at the boy and ran off to the bathroom for a long period of time. I think proper better customer service and training are called for. My family and I drive almost an hour to go eat at your restaurant. Thank you for your time."

"Nice place with a friendly atmosphere. Food was pretty good and price. Only complaint was the wait time. I called in an order for pickup, was informed 20 to 30 minutes, which is fine. Showed up 30 minutes after I called in and was I formed it would be an additional 12 minutes. Ok, no worries. End wait time was right at the 1 hour mark from when I called the order in. Food is good and worth a bit of a wait. But would really appreciate a more accurate time as i tend to schedule things around the times I am given"

"Good food and very affordable spot in good part of town. I thought the service was a bit slow the first couple times here but that’s fine because everyone is always super nice. Food was always coke out freshly baked. Beautiful new oven"
