"The food quality at this Pizza Hut has always been mediocre, but it's nearby and I could easily get quick delivery. This location had it delivered by Doordash. The driver didn't respect the contactless delivery request, didn't know English, showed me receipts for more than triple the cost, and didn't know if the order had been paid for or not. I think I'm done with this location."

"Ordered double pepperoni and got very little. Called to ask how many pepperoni puces come on a regular topping, they said 30 and 40 on a double topping. This does not look like a regular topping..let alone a double. They were supposed to credit my account, I ordered again and not.onky did I not get my previous credit, buy still no extra pepperoni. First 2 pictures are from 12/15/22. Last two are from 01/03/23..TESE DO NOT LOOK LIKE DOUBLE PEPPERONI."

"Drew deserves a special recognition, he made my experience a memorable one. I felt welcomed, comfortable, not judged. I felt like a valued person/customer. He is very polite and professional. He has a good spirit and attitude. A real gentleman to say the least. The store was kept up. It's located next to a Mediterranean restaurant. There's chairs inside where one can wait for the food or you can sit outside on the chairs and table (patio style). Even though the weather was extremely hot, it felt cool on the tables. There's plenty of parking as it's located in a shopping center. The food was made in a timely manner. It was fresh too. Tasted great. The chicken was made just right. The personal pizza was just right. I'm very impressed with the store and it's employees. My visit here (Irvine) was a good one."
