"When it comes to fast food joints here in California, customer service can be really unprofessional, and rude. But not this place! I’ve been looking for checkers ever since I came to California and I’m glad I found this one. It is an hour away from where I live, but I will make the trip every single time if I am in the mood for some good ol checker rally fries. The customer service there is wonderful. "It took a while to get our ice creams because the people in front of us ordered a bunch of stuff but that is ok. The only thing is that our cones where already served and they were getting soft and "melty". I have a 3yo and a 6yo and it was a mess when they were trying to "save" their cones! I asked for a cup and spoons to help them out and it was ok."
