"Horrible management with Customer Service. Bought a pair of Sofft leopard shoes a week and a half ago, called store to see if they would credit me a $40 price drop as the manufacturer was selling the same item online for $99.99 from $139.99, and we'd spect over $335 in the store when we bought them, but manager would not do so. Now I have to return the item if I want the $40 difference...horrible customer service from manager!! Won't take my business here ever again, nor will any of my many friends and daughter who live in the area. Hope you're happy lady!"
