"So this isn’t towards a specific location but the vans website in general. So earlier today I went and splurged on vans from the new horror collection for my boyfriend and myself. He specifically wanted the nightmare on elm street sneakers. When I added everything to the cart all seemed fine and well. My payment went through and as expected from an online purchase I received an email notification confirming my order. This was in the early afternoon. It wasn’t until later this evening I received another email saying they took the nightmare on elm street shoes off the order due to them being out of stock. If they were out of stock, I shouldn’t have been able to add them to the cart to begin with. They had no problem taking my money anyways and did not automatically refund me my money. This is the first and last time I will ever buy anything off vans.com"
