Sales associate Ryan Myler was awesome, quickly answered our questions, providing a depth of knowledge about our choices explaining the pros and cons of each. Completed our purchase easily and no pressure to buy add on this or add on that. One easy going and valuable sales rep for sure! Ask for Ryan when looking for a new pc!"

"Bought a new phone for pickup online and traded in an old one. We arrived less than 1 1/2 before closing and finished up right at closing time. Never felt rushed or like we were putting anyone out. Ryan, in customer service, patiently helped us through the transfer from the old phone to the new. It took well over an hour and he was terrific through the whole process. Everyone in customer service were nice and very helpful, but Ryan went above and beyond. Great experience at this store!"

"Do not buy their add-on warranties they're a waste of time and money. The manufacturer warranty is all you need. I went to BB because I needed a computer 'now'. Their selection is very slim, they have only one one good sales person per shift. One was ready to sell me anything. One took care of me though. Next time I don't care how bad I need it I'll wait to get it from HP, or Amazon. 'Never goin' to this joint again. The Geek Squad is a special waste of time and money."

"Ordered a dishwasher and they sent the wrong one. They eventually got the right one delivered, but took a couple of times. Paid $180 for the installation and they didn't install it (which wasn't entirely their fault) however, they disconnected the hot water and didn't bother saying anything. Called the next day to see if they had resolution, nothing was even notated about them disconnecting the hot water. They said they would reach back out and never have. (its been 4 days) They didn't bother to follow up either, even after disconnecting the hot water when the temps get down in the 20s. Do not support this corporate company that could care less about their customers well being."
