Domino's Pizza

"The store told me they will not honor my order and sent me away. This is beyond ridiculous. What a waste of time. Store: 829 S Atlantic Blvd Monterey Park CA 91101."

"Today my husband order us pizza and this is the third time in a row that they mess up our order. I can understand once here and there but this happened back to back. One pizza was ordered with extra sauce but my husband was supposed to be regular. His came with an absurd amount of sauce… even more than the one that ordered with extra sauce. At this point we will no longer be ordering from this location which is sad because dominos is my favorite pizza store. When my husband tried to use the pizza insurance all that is offered is a free pizza but at this point I don’t trust the replacement would be good. This was such a disappointing experience that the whole pizza is basically going to go to waist because he took one bite and preferred not to eat."

"Placed an order online for pickup; when we (my husband and I) arrived at the store, the associates said that our order wasn’t ready. Even though we received a notification saying it was ready for pickup. The associate said they would bring out our order to the curbside when it was ready. But as they made us wait for our order, we noticed that the associate just left our order on the counter. But didn’t bother to let us know it was ready or bring it out. And when we came in to receive our order we had asked how long it was left there? The associates on duty didn’t respond, but acted if they were was “busy”.. Note, there were no pending orders and such, and all the associates were doing were talking and laughing. And when we asked for the customer service number, none of the associates would give us the number. One of them acting as the “manager on duty”; was even asking what could they do? But again, note, this associate wasn’t even a manager at all. He went from saying he was one, to the manager wasn’t there? Overall, really bad experience there at the store. Management or corporate need to better train their employees."

"Had place an order online for pick up half banana peppers but ended up getting like 80% banana peppers and little to no cheese on the other half. Only two of the slices had no banana peppers, 15minutes has passed and still have not received the remade pizza I’ve asked for"
