"I just stood and shouting hello at the front for 5 mins and no one ever came to take my order"

"staff in this place are not great. they must have thier own job because some walked back and forth doing nothing instead of helping me, seeing me waiting in line. when i finally got someone's attention to help me, i felt like he was doing me a favor. I got my food but that's about it. No "thank you", no "have a good day", etc, so i won't tip anyone here. curbside pick up did not work for me, app told me to call restaurant so i just walked in after waiting in parking lot for 10 min."

"We ordered a pizza and it arrived with a slice missing. We called the store to ask what happened and express how weird and gross it was that someone clearly took a slice out from our box before it arrived to us, and the manager was defensive and claimed it couldn't have been anyone at his store who did it. Unless the delivery driver paid a toll to some pizza bandits on the way to our house, I'm sorry, but it's definitely one of your employees dude. He was unhelpful and punted us to the next day's manager to obtain a refund. He didn't offer anything else to make up for this, not even a real apology. It's vaguely embarrassing to have my name google-able on a negative Pizza Hut review, but this is important for other pizza fans to know -- don't order from this location, they cannot be trusted. Totally gross. First photo is what the pizza arrived looking like, as though someone had tried to hide the fact that a slice was missing by placing the remaining slices kind of askew. Second pic is when we moved the slices together to show that one slice is clearly missing."

"The service fee is a fraud, supposedly it's to "offset the cost of operating in California". I should only be charged the sticker price + tax. If they can't afford to operate here then just don't or adjust your sticker prices accordingly, but don't be trying scam your customers with fine print schemes..."
