"Charged cards and refunded another card?? I placed an online order for the driver to say that my card did not match his receipt. I showed him both email and text confirmation but due to a “new” POLICY they’re unable to deliver the order. I spoke with Perla, store manager who didn’t help much. She just insisted that it’s her store POLICY and their nothing she can due but to refund to the card on file, which was not the correct one. I’ll be reaching out to both corporate and OOLA area managers. Unacceptable and Bad Customer Service"
