"This location is filthy. Really needs some attention. A customer was picking up a to go order and asked the counter person for their drink that was missing. Instead of handing it directly to the customer who was patiently waiting, she dropped it on the pickup shelf and walked away. Very rude"
"Terrible. The bathrooms were disgusting and filthy with urine all on the toilet, no toilet paper, no paper towels, and overflowing trash. Overall just disgusting. Then you get out to the tables and not one of them are clean. The ice was out and all of the sodas tasted like they needed to be changed. The counter was an absolute mess. But what is ironic is when we walked into the store, a couple of the employees were sitting at the table talking and enjoying themselves. If I could rate it a zero I would!"
"The service here is always trash. Always rude. It’s not our fault you don’t like your job. I work in a restaurant so I understand customers can be difficult and the job can be stressful. I was literally the only person in line i didn’t come too late to close. Placed the order online coming home from work so they would already have the order. Barely any meat on the food. How hard can it be. Pure laziness."
"I am a fan of the Mexican pizza and I was happy to hear they were bringing it back. I had to try it and see if it tasted as good as I remembered. First visit-This store did not seem prepared for the influx of people. I posted a picture of their pizza in an advertisement and then of the actual pizza I received. You can tell that mine does not look like the advertisement. The pizza was good in spite of its appearance. I am giving this location 3 stars because of the long wait and originally being told they had no more pizzas after placing my order. While I was waiting for a refund I was told by a different representative they had more pizzas and I didn't have to cancel my order. Hopefully the long waits and inventory shortages will be resolved. Again I am to happy to see the Mexican pizza back on the Taco Bell menu."
